My personal weight loss journey started in Jan. 2013. My style of training not only includes High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) but also includes developing the proper mindset regarding food and nutrition.

I encourage my clients to NOT  go into this journey with a scale mindset…focus on eating the right foods and stop looking at the scale and you will be well on your way to accomplishing your fitness goals! Size doesn’t matter but your health and life do!
